Background
This is a marketing and growth agency. I was their general virtual assistant and social media manager. I handled everything from social media and project management to content marketing, scheduling, calendar management, data entry, web research, and business admin tasks.
Goal
- Help the client gain more time to focus on their business by handling the day-to-day business admin tasks
- Assist them have a strong online presence by staying consistent on their social media
- Streamline their business by handling their project management
- Lead the team as a project manager to ensure that all company projects are delivered within the timelines, set budget and all milestones are accomplished as per set KPI’s
What Made it Successful
- Scheduled original and curated social media content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using HubSpot.
- Managed a community of over 5000 audience by communicating, answering queries, monitoring and responding to feedback, using analytics to make our strategies better and enhancing brand loyalty.
- Created graphics, videos, and presentations for social media and email marketing.
- Researched and analyzed hashtags and keywords for their audience.
