What I Did
- Developed social media campaigns for various audiences in various niches. Monitored the campaigns and analyzed the data obtained to make informed decisions for the brands
- Defined KPIs for the social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, and YouTube
- Engage with customers and followers after posting to handle any queries, feedback, and any other activity
- Used social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Later, Socialmonials, Content Studio, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.
- Developed content and media for the various social media channels using tools such as Canva, Capcut, and more
- Communicated to all stakeholders, including senior management and other team members, through emails, Trello, Slack, Discord, Google Chats, and more.
